Career Summary
Kim’s career path began in retail sales management in Cookeville, Tennessee. She lived in the Volunteer state for 2 years before heading home to Louisville in 1994. She then went to work for the very popular Bacon's Department Store. There she managed various departments including bridal, juniors and children's. Duties included overseeing 50+ employees and obviously, customer service. It was Kim’s experiences in retail management that laid the foundation of realizing the importance of meeting the customer’s needs. You could say that Kim married into the Real Estate business… after obtaining her license in 1999, Kim went to work for her mother in law, Melody Malone at Remax Professionals serving as her assistant for 2 years. Having learned from the best, Kim realized how true it is that knowledge is key in the Real Estate Industry. While enjoying a successful selling career, Kim also served as the team’s appointment coordinator for the past 8 years. This position allowed her to further understand the importance of communication with clients. Kim will tell you that you should choose her as your realtor because she is honest, patient and will always do what is in your best interest as a buyer or seller.

Kim lives in her hometown of Shelbyville for the past 9 years. She and her husband Sonny have two children, Victor 9 and Mary 8. Kim and her family are members of Southeast Christian Church. In her free time, Kim enjoys spending it with her family, at any number of family functions or ballgames..
